AR/VR Bootcamp

The 5-day Technical Bootcamp on Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), held from August 5-9, 2024, at Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology, offered an immersive learning experience in AR/VR development. Conducted by experts Mr. Akhilesh KS and Mr. Ajith Kumar S V from TILTEDU, the bootcamp blended theoretical sessions with hands-on workshops using tools like Unity and Blender. The event covered AR/VR fundamentals, C# scripting, 3D modeling, game development, mobile deployment, and advanced AR features like plane and face tracking. Participants worked on creating interactive AR/VR applications, culminating in a VR experience and final presentations. The bootcamp concluded with a closing ceremony attended by the college's dignitaries, leaving participants with enhanced skills and inspiration to explore the future of AR/VR technologies further. The event was well-received, setting a high standard for future technical programs.
